Managing Director
Mr. Wood serves as a Managing Director at Greystone Real Estate Advisory Group, where he provides consulting services to public and private clients on a range of real estate related matters including transit-oriented development, public procurement administration, lease administration and restructuring, market analysis, and other real estate matters. Mr. Wood is additionally responsible for the division’s business development efforts.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Wood worked in property management for a public transportation agency. Mr. Wood holds a B.B.A. from Temple University, and a Certificate in Land Use Planning & Development from New York University. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Innovative Funding, Finance and Public Private Partnership Committee’s Real Estate Subcommittee, as well as a member of the National Steering Committee for Mpact: Mobility, Community, Possibility.
